Trainings 24: 22nd Oct

Mon - AM: Easy 8k
PM: Jogging

Tues - AM: Hills , (seriously duno what i am doing)
PM: 20lap swim + 40mins easy

Weds - REST

Thurs - AM: 400m x 12 , 78s pace with 1 min rest

Very tired through the week.
Didnt really feel the joy during runs, felt it was more of need.
Rested on wednesday instead of thurs, badly needed a break.

Intervals this morning was ok. Watch broke at the last 2 sets.
It was comfortably hard and controlled.
Have NF 50km coming up, hence the controlled effort.

trying to find a different game plan for SC marathon.
